Antarctica cruises are an ideal way to take in the white rugged ice-laden landscape, which is indescribable in its beauty and its awesomeness. A trip to the Antarctic Peninsula comes high on most visitors’ agenda. Antarctica cruises can be extremely enjoyable, but safety concerns have to be a high priority. The waters around Antarctica can be extremely rough, and loose equipment which isn’t secured properly can cause injury. Polar hazards such as  ice and icebergs are capable of sinking even a large ship.
